PROJECT 1

Project Lead driving the people agenda within the company-wide Transformation programme (circa 2,000 employees). Accountable for the breadth of the programme across OD workstreams - Organisation Design, Resourcing including 800 redundancies, Reward & Recognition, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement.

PROJECT 2

OD Consultant developing the leadership strategy that addressed all areas of leadership – setting clear expectations, assessing existing levels of competence, developing plans to address capability gaps and ensuring that leaders have the opportunity to lead through access to time, tools and being empowered to lead.

PROJECT 3 

HR Lead completing a review of the UK HR function and implementing a new HR Business Partnering operating model, moving from an operational only delivery, to a blend of strategic focus and traditional HR calendar activities. Driving a professionalised approach to people planning, embedding talent and performance management and developing the role of “Trusted Advisor” to the business.
