Leading the people agenda for a transformation programme affecting approximately 2,000 employees, with accountability across multiple OD workstreams including organisation design, resourcing (with 800 redundancies), reward and recognition, leadership development and employee engagement.

PROJECT 3: HR Operating Model
Serving as HR Lead to review the UK HR function and implement a new HR Business Partnering operating model, shifting from a purely operational focus to a blend of strategic partnering and core HR delivery. This included professionalising people planning, embedding talent and performance management, and strengthening the HR function’s role as a trusted advisor.
